How To Create Your Masterpiece!

Follow these simple steps to create your custom jewelry piece!

Step 1: Find the jewelry you want! Browse our store, add the styles you want to the cart with your specifications (size, color, stone type- keepsake, breastmilk, or cremation, and stone style- see our stone style tab to find these!).

Step 2: Complete your purchase.

Step 3: After completing your purchase, if you are wanting added materials to your stone such as clothing, hair, breastmilk, or ashes, we need you to mail them to us! Double bag whatever material you are requesting in your piece, and mail it to us using a small flat-rate USPS box. Address it to Once Upon A Memory Jewelry (or OUAM for short!). An email will be sent confirming your order with the mailing address. Feel free to add any additional notes/requests in your package for us! 

4: Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know it made it safely!

5: Our turn-around time is two months. We will try to get your jewelry back to you in less time, but please allow up to two months for your order to be completed. You will again receive a confirmation email once your piece is completed and is en route back to your hands.

If you order a keepsake piece without any additions (you aren't mailing anything in), we will get to work right away on your piece and notify you when it is being mailed out!

If you are hoping for a certain style or have a specific piece in mind but don't see it in our store, please email us! Everything is custom made! We will do our best to find a piece that represents you and your loved one if you don't see what you like in our store.
